Boston listings
Boston has many older buildings, including triple-deckers and row houses split into units, where rooms are often smaller and shaped by radiators, bay windows and odd corners. Staging with furniture sized to fit shows that a room works without making it look crowded.
The rental market is busy, with many units turning over at the same time of year. Simple, consistent staging across a property manager's units helps listings look ready when renters are comparing many at once.
How a Boston job runs
- You send the listing photos and the rooms to stage.
- We confirm scope and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You get a first draft of each room to comment on.
- We make your changes and deliver images sized for the listing site, print and social posts.
Everything happens by email and shared folders, with calls booked in Eastern time. We have no office in Boston and don't visit properties; your photographer's images are all we need.
Tell buyers and renters when a photo is staged. A staged photo shows furniture that isn't in the home. Label staged photos clearly, keep the empty originals, and check your MLS or listing site rules before you upload. Many have their own requirements.

Questions
Can you stage small rooms with odd shapes?
Yes. We choose furniture to fit around radiators, bay windows and sloped ceilings, as photographed.
Do you stage many rental units at once?
Yes. Send the unit list and photos, and we'll quote the batch.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on the number of rooms, whether rooms need clearing first, and how many rounds of changes you want. Every job gets a written quote before work starts.
