Why rentals are different
Renters often compare many similar units quickly, and they care about practical questions: does a queen bed fit, is there room for a desk, where would a couch go. Rental staging answers those questions with simple furniture, without making the unit look like a show home.
Many units, one look
Property managers with several units of the same layout can stage one of each floor plan and reuse the approach, or stage each unit's own photos in a matching style. Either way the listings look consistent, which helps a building's page read as one place.
What we usually stage
- The living area, showing seating and a dining spot
- The main bedroom, with the bed size marked in the caption if you like
- A second bedroom as an office or roommate room
- A balcony, if there is one
