Finished spec homes
A finished spec home photographs well but empty. Staging the main rooms shows buyers the scale of the great room, how the kitchen island seats people and what the extra bedroom could be. Builders often stage one home per floor plan and use the photos across the community.
Before the photos exist
When a home isn't finished, we can render rooms from the plans and finish selections. The result looks like a staged photo of a room that doesn't exist yet. Label these images as renders in the listing.
What we need
- Photos of finished rooms, or floor plans with dimensions
- The finish selections: flooring, cabinets, counters, paint
- The buyer you expect for the community
Questions
Can you match a builder's finish packages?
Yes. Send the selections sheet and we'll match colors and materials as closely as an image allows.
Can staged photos be reused across homes?
Only for homes with the same plan and finishes, and only if your listing rules allow it. Label them clearly.
Got an empty listing? Send the photos and tell us which rooms to stage. We'll reply with a written quote.
