1. Photos and brief
You send the photos, the rooms to stage, the likely buyer or renter and the date the listing goes live. We check the photos and tell you if any room would be better reshot.
2. Written quote
The quote lists each room, the rounds of changes and the delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
3. First draft
You get each room staged in the agreed style. Mark up what to change: a smaller sofa, a desk instead of a bed, a lighter rug.
4. Delivery
Final images arrive at full resolution with copies sized for listing sites and social posts. The empty originals come back renamed to match, so you can keep both in the listing.

Photos are used only for your job. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
